You can change your password via either Osaka University Portal or the Campus-wide IT Authentication Service.

◎Changing your password via Osaka University Portal
(1)Log in to Osaka University Portal
(2)Administrative Staff & Academic Staff, click the "教職員2" tag.
Students, click the "学生ページ1" tag.
(3)Click "大阪大学個人IDパスワード変更、パスワード変更ページ"
(4)Click "Changing Password / User Information".
(5)You can now change your password on the page displayed.

◎Chang your password via the Campus-wide IT Authentication Service
(1)View the login page for the Campus-wide IT Authentication Service
(2)Check the box "ログイン後、パスワード・メールアドレス等の変更を行う" and log in.
(3)Click "Changing Password / User Information".
(4)You can now change your password on the page displayed.

※Your password, email address, and extension number can be viewed on the page for changing your password.
・Students can change only their password.
・Administrative staff can change their password and extension number.
・Academic Staff can change all available items.

【Trouble】Latest issue of webct login.
|
Due to a problem between SSO(Single Sign On) module and WebCT system, SSO login page may not be displayed after once you have login to WebCT.
This issue can be solved by restarting your web browser.

【For Teachers】WebCT Content Support Service
|
We offer the support service of setting up your class materials on WebCT.
Student Technical Staff (STS) will convert your class materials (slides, documents, etc.) to PDF and upload them to WebCT as the contents if you e-mail them to STS. Also, STS can set up reports, assessment, questionnaires, and so on by request. If you are interested, please email webct-support @ecs.cmc.osaka-u.ac.jp.

【Troubleshooting】“My Computer” is not showing up.
|
When WebCT starts up, if you refuse to accept the certificate, this can occur.
The WebCT connection is secure, so please accept the certificate.

WebCT can be used under the same conditions both on and off campus.
The connection to the server is secured to protect users’information. However, users should take ample precaution to secure their own PCs.
